Least cost routing utilizing multiple carriers and time of day routing is
a part of OnCalls' continuing service to ensure you enjoy minimum service
cost on all your toll free numbers.

Trouble Service:
OnCall personnel provide continuous 24/7 service to ensure minimum problems
or down time. We provide timely SMS Notices/Alerts of outages (SCP's/STP's
) to keep you aware of what is happening within the SMS environment.
4. We WILL NOT charge you postage to send you YOUR bill
5. We WILL provide your monthly bill by either email or snail mail. It's your choice!
6.We WILL respond faster to you on Vanity searches (typically between 15-30 mins, NOT HOURS!!!). In most cases, we will do Vanity searches over the phone and reserve the number for you (you must provide an email requesting said number within a few hours for a paper trail) so you don't ask for a number, get an email saying it's there, do you want it? Only to find out that after you send your email, it's now GONE!
7. We WILL send SMS Notices/Alerts of outages (SCP's/STP's) to you so that you are aware of what is happening within the SMS Environment.
8. We WILL, if you are not delighted with our svc to your company after 90 days, move all of your toll free nrs to a Resp Org of your choice FOR FREE!! No one else stands behind their svc as well as On-Call does!
